Wages and Hours
£245 and 35hrs per week. Mon-Fri 9am – 5pm with one hour given for lunch each day.
Job Description
The prime purpose of the role is to process changes and answer queries for our customers ensuring that office administration tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. The role will provide clerical, administrative and customer service support to current customers as well as initiating policies for clients new to NFU Mutual. You will also work closely with team members and assist with administrative tasks to ensure a great customer experience and smooth running of the office.
Responsibilities and Duties: • Processing existing motor, personal and commercial insurance policies changes • Creating policies for new clients • Keeping customer records up to date and accurate • Dealing with customer queries • Answer incoming phone calls, transferring calls or dealing with the callers request appropriately • Process incoming and outgoing post and emails
Data Management: • Input/process customer data as required • File and store records as required (including scanning) • Action administrative changes to customer policies

Qualifications required: English and maths at grade 4/C or above or the equivalent qualifications. Some customer interaction experience desirable but not essential. An understanding of agriculture would be desirable but not essential.
