An introduction to making speciality coffees.

A keen interest learning new skills in the hospitality industry.

What will I do?

You will be working in the College restaurants and will learn how to prepare and serve at least four speciality coffees using industry standard equipment.

What can I do when I finish?

You will have an understanding of the processes required to prepare and serve speciality coffees which could help in seeking employment with the Café sector of the Hospitality Industry.
