This cooking course aims to provide you with the opportunity to prepare, cook and experience different tastes from around Chinese cookery and develop new cooking skills and techniques.

What will I do?
You learn to cook authentic Chinese food. The choice of dishes cooked on this course will range from Chinese starters, main courses, rice and noodle dishes.
What will it give me?
There will be no formal assessment but you will be observed whilst carrying out practical tasks and will gain an in-house certificate in completion of the course.
All ingredients are included in the cost. Aprons and equipment will be provided.
What can I do when I finish?
We have a range of other short courses in catering available and we also offer a part-time level 2 or 3 qualification in Professional cookery, that runs from September to June one evening a week.
