Medical Mavericks visit the college

Medical Mavericks visited the college on Wednesday 9th June and the students took part in fun activities to do with health, fitness and exploring medical careers.

Medical Mavericks visited the college on Wednesday 9th June and the students took part in fun activities to do with health, fitness and exploring medical careers.

Students from Uniformed Services and Health and Social care had the opportunity to take part in hands-on activities, such as, taking blood, ECG, keyhole heart surgery and ‘challenge the champion’ fitness activities.

They all took part and thoroughly enjoyed their day as well as learning new skills and exploring potential career options.
