Opening Hours & Fees
The Nursery is open Monday to Friday all year round with the exception of bank holidays, two weeks at Easter, two weeks around the Christmas/New Year period (dates will be confirmed) and two training days per year.

Discounts
- £8.50 per week discount when booking a full week of morning sessions.
- £8.50 per week discount when booking a full week of afternoon sessions.
- £12.00 per week discount when booking a full week of full day sessions.
If you have more than one child in the nursery there is a sibling discount of 10% for the second and subsequent children.
Staff Discount
If you are a member of staff working for the college you will receive the following discounts:
£2.50 per full day session, £1.50 per am session, £1.50 per afternoon session
Only one copy of your bill will be issued via email each month.
Payments/Late Payment Fees
Nursery fees are payable using the Recurring Payment System (credit/debit card required). Childcare vouchers are also accepted. Fees are due within the first 10 days of each month in advance. Please note late payments will be subject to a £6 per week administration fee.
Nursery Funding Grants
The Nursery Education Grant Fund provides 15/30 hours of free nursery education from the term following your child’s third birthday.
Parents of eligible two year old children may receive 15 hours of free nursery education from the term following the child’s second birthday.
The nursery has a variety of options regarding how these 15/30 hours can be allocated. Please ask for details.
Children in receipt of the Nursery Education Grant may access term-time-only sessions. However, sessions may be extended by topping up with additional hours that are paid on a private basis.
Snacks and meals will be charged as an extra.
Number of Sessions that a child can attending in a week
The minimum number of sessions that the children can attend in a week is two.
Changes to Booked Days/Sessions
Days/sessions are booked on a termly basis.
Early starts
The nursery is open at 8am every morning and parents/carers may wish to use this service. A breakfast of cereal, milk and fruit is provided for all children attending Early Start sessions. £3.50 per session - 8am to 8.30am.
Late collection
The nursery closes at 5.30pm, children must be collected by this time. If children are collected late an additional fee of £6 per 15 minutes will be charged to cover additional staffing costs.
