Bishop Auckland College is seeking to recruit a 1.0 Lecturer Coordinator in English who will be responsible for teaching GCSE and functional skills English as a member of an experienced and supportive team.

The successful candidate will be required to possess Certificate in Education (or be willing to work towards within 2 years) and a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject (or currently working towards). It is desirable that the candidate will also possess a Level 3 Assessors Certificate and QTLS.
Applicants will also have recent experience of teaching on a range of courses in FE or a training establishment.
This role will include responsibilities within safeguarding and the postholder will be engaging in regulated activity.
