Bishop Auckland College is seeking to recruit a Trainer Assessor in Functional Skills who will be responsible for the effective and efficient assessing within the relevant area.

The successful candidate will have TAQA L3 or equivalent or teaching qualification, Safeguarding Level 1 (to be achieved within 6 weeks, Level 3 in Literacy, Numeracy or ICT (or willing to work towards in 12 months) and Level 2 Literacy and Numeracy.
Applicants will also experience of supporting learners with Functional Skills in Maths, English and ICT, experience of working flexibly to meet the needs of learners and/or employers, and experience of classroom delivery of Functional Skills Maths, English and ICT.
