Starting wage is £243.75 per week. 37.5hrs per week, Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.00 pm (1 hour lunch break).
Qualification that you’ll work towards:
Business Administration – Level 3
You will be working within the Customer Service Department and will gain experience in all aspects of the department over time. The normal day to day duties of the role will include the following:
General administration duties
Taking telephone calls from customers
Processing customer orders
Liaising with other departments regarding customer orders.
The duties of the business administration apprenticeship will initially be processing customer orders onto the internal system we use. It will mostly be administration based, but in time will develop into the fuller role as we see them through their level 2 and 3 in Business Administration.
Effective communication skills

Good telephone manner
Good organisational skills
A desire to learn and work
GCSE Maths, English and ICT at grade 4/C or above or the equivalent qualifications.
