Course overview

Stone Therapy has become one of the most popular Holistic/Spa treatments used in salons and Health Spas. The hot (volcanic-basalt and cold (marble) stones are used in different ways and are incorporated in to the massage routine.

A stone massage uses the stones to deliver effective tissue and muscle massage at a pressure level comfortable to the client. The hardness of the stones makes a deeper tissue massage and is much easier on the joints of the therapist’s hands.
