Record number of new students attend College Fresher’s Fair

A record number of students attended Bishop Auckland College’s Fresher’s Fair as the new term got underway. The event included ‘Student Conference’ and a ‘Music Festival’ as well as showcasing the National Citizenship Service who are based at the College, Auckland Academy, Kynren and much more.
Once the conference finished students were invited to enjoy activities outside, free food for all students and we even had live music. The music department organised some fantastic acts, we had current music students past and present plus a guest rapper from Nottingham, Challan Carmichael.
