Student Login Guide
To access Moodle, your emails, and other college systems follow the steps below.
Moodle
Links to all of the College systems you may need to use, including your College email, and Microsoft Office 365 can be found on your Moodle dashboard.
Logging In
Most of our online systems will ask you to login using your Microsoft account. You'll need to enter your College email address and password to login whenever you see this screen:
When logging into eTrackr you do not need to enter your full email address. For this system your username is just your student number. See the eTrackr Login Guide for more information.
Your Email Address
Your College email address is your student number followed by:
@student.bacoll.ac.uk - if you're a Bishop Auckland College student
@swdt.co.uk - if you're a South West Durham Training student
So if you're student number was 123456 and you're a Bishop Auckland College student then your email address would be 123456@student.bacoll.ac.uk.
Your Password
When you first start at the College your password will be your date of birth in the format DDMMYYYY.
So if you were born on the 23rd of April 1987 then your password would be 23041987
Resetting Your Password
If you can't remember your password, or you still can't login after resetting, contact IT Services on 01388 443020 (ext 3360). Or by email itsupport@bacoll.ac.uk
