Course overview
Business is at the heart of every industry - and understanding how organisations work is a skill that's always in demand. At Bishop Auckland College, we offer programmes designed to give you the essential knowledge, behaviours and professional standards needed to succeed in the Management and Administration sector. Whether you want to progress into employment or continue your studies at a higher level, this course will help you build strong foundations for a wide range of careers. Throughout your studies, you'll explore how businesses operate, how change is managed, and how professionals communicate and maintain high standards. You'll learn in the classroom and through practical activities that mirror real-world business environments, giving you the confidence and skills employers are looking for. This T-Level is a nationally-recognised qualification for 16 to 19-year-olds that takes 2 years to complete. The courses have been designed by employers to give young people the knowledge and skills they need and is equivalent to three A levels. You'll spend 80% of your time in the classroom and 20% with a placement with an employer.
Course requirements
You'll need a minimum of four GCSEs at grades 9-4 (A*-C), including English and maths, or a Level 2 qualification in a relevant subject

You'll have opportunities to apply your learning, develop your professional behaviours, and understand what a real business career looks like.
