Health Care & Social Care at BAC College offers a meaningful and practical route into one of the most rewarding and vital sectors. Our courses are designed for students who are caring, compassionate, and interested in supporting the wellbeing of others—whether in clinical settings, community care, or health science roles. Learners gain a strong foundation in essential topics such as communication, safeguarding, infection prevention, person-centred care, and equality and diversity. More advanced programmes also include the study of biology, anatomy, and core clinical or scientific skills in our dedicated simulation centres and science labs. All students benefit from industry placements that put theory into real-world practice and help prepare them for careers such as nursing, paramedicine, radiography, care work, or progression to higher education.
