This qualification is designed to give you a basic introduction into the construction industry.

Have expressed an interest in working in the construction sector and require underpinning knowledge and skills in preparation for entry to that industry and are working towards a career in the construction sector.

What will I do?

You will complete both practical and theory elements in a number of construction crafts including; Painting and Decorating, Tiling, Carpentry and Joinery.

This will create a portfolio of your learning, knowledge and understanding.

Materials needed

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Work Boots and Whites for Painting and Decorating.

What can I do when I finish?

You can progress onto a Level 1 construction course of your choice.
