In the 2022/23 academic year, the College can offer the following benefits to its staff in addition to competitive salaries:
- Generous annual leave entitlements:
Teaching staff – 9.8 weeks plus bank holidays (pro-rata)
Management – 8.4 weeks plus bank holidays (pro-rata)
Support staff – 7 weeks, rising to 8 weeks after 5 years of continuous service plus bank holidays (pro-rata) - Option to buy additional annual leave
