Flexibility
Typically, when you study Higher Education , it is expected that you attend your lectures at the University which, depending on your chosen course, can mean many days of lectures alone… in addition to possibly long commutes.
Bishop Auckland College understands that for many individuals, traditional university schedules may not align with their personal commitments or lifestyles, making full weeks’ attendance a challenge. Whereas at Bishop Auckland College, a more flexible approach is offered, with courses designed to fit around busy lives, requiring only one to one-and-a-half days on site each week for the majority of our university-level courses.
“At Bishop Auckland College, we are passionate about providing accessible, high-quality higher education opportunities that empower students to achieve their goals close to home. With smaller class sizes, personalised support, and strong industry links, we help our learners thrive academically and professionally.”
If you decide to take a higher education course with Bishop Auckland College, you will receive the same high-quality teaching and qualification, but with less of the disruption to your life that traditional university schedules often bring, allowing you the ability to balance your studies with other personal or professional commitments.
