I chose my course to get a wider understanding of the music industry. My tutors are producers, musicians and business owners, so I know I’m being taught by industry professionals. They are all friendly and approachable and support us when we are organising and marketing our own shows. Next year I intend to study Music Production at Leeds Beckett University.

What courses could I study?
We have a course at BAC regardless of your previous experience of Music. If you have studied it at GCSE level, you might be able to go directly onto our Level 3 A-Level equivalent course! If not, we have other courses designed to build up your skills first. 4
What facilities would I have access to?
As a music student you would have access to a range of industry standard music studios. These include three rehersal rooms and a performance stage with digital audio system (Nexo, Crown & Yamaha) as well as lighting controls. Our recording facilities include a Cubase suite, a Sibelius suite and a Protools Suite, with three isolated rooms for recording. These feature Digidesign digital consoles and Mackie Monitoring equipment.
